Yes, depending on the house. There is a pet fee to ensure the cost of damages and extensive cleanings when and if you decide to leave.
Some of our properties come with appliances including refrigerators, dish washers, and garbage disposals. We do not furnish washers and dryers but we do have hookups in most of our homes.
