Yes, depending on the house. There is a pet fee to ensure the cost of damages and extensive cleanings when and if you decide to leave.

Do your properties come with appliances?

Some of our properties come with appliances including refrigerators, dish washers, and garbage disposals. We do not furnish washers and dryers but we do have hookups in most of our homes.

Do you only rent homes or do you lease commercial sites as well?
