Check in is on Fridays between 3 and 5pm, unless you have arranged a different time with the agency, and check out is on Fridays before 11am. When you arrive at the agency you will be required to leave a cash damage deposit in the amount of 80 Euros which will be fully refundable at the end of your stay, provided nothing was damaged. An agency representative will then give you the keys and take you to the apartment. They will explain the water heater, the bed operation, etc. and answer any questions. Remember to arrange a check out time for the Friday you are departing.
