Payment, in full, is required at the time of booking.
A partial refund will only be granted if cancellation is made a minimum of 60 days in advance and the property is subsequently rented during the original booking period. A refund in the amount of 80% of the original payment will be granted after the property is re-booked for the period cancelled.
Example: If a client has paid for one week and cancels their stay at least 60 days in advance and the apartment is rented again for that period the client will receive a refund of 80% of their original payment.
Example 2: If a client has paid for 3 weeks and cancels their stay at least 60 days in advance and the apartment is rebooked for 2 weeks but not the 3 rd week, the client will only be refunded 80% of the 2 weeks rebooked.
Any cancellations made less than 60 days in advance will not be entitled to a refund in part or full.
